Tottenham Vs Newport and the Goons
The games are coming thick and fast lately and will have great importance in how our season will shape up. We came off of a commanding performance with a win against Man United with a spirited second half comeback against Liverpool. The match against the scouse was full of incidents and a Wanyama rocket coupled with a late Harry penalty (where he clinched his 100th premier league goal) secured us a point.
We next face Newport County in a fourth round FA Cup replay and can't afford to take them lightly again. We were lucky to get a late Harry goal to force a replay when we played them a week ago. Their spirited performance and the tough pitch conditions made for a miserable afternoon for us. We need to be firing on all cylinders to ensure that we don't have a cup upset. Rose and Alderweireld may be in contention to feature but Moura is ineligible for this one. Join us at the Irishman at 1.45pm for this one.
Then on Saturday its an early kick off for the North London derby against the Goons. This is the league match you definitely want to come out and watch with us. We owe them a hiding after going down 2-0 at their manor. We didn't really show up and gave a very poor performance back in November to give them bragging rights in the derby. We need to put this right at the weekend in our house.
Don't let the early kick off put you off, this is one you need to watch with us at 6.30am on Saturday at Trinity Hall. 3 points will help us put distance between us and them in the league as well as get us into a top 4 place. Join us to cheer the lads on and ensure that North London is outs once again!
