Tottenham Vs Southampton, Watford, Chelsea and Villa
After having the Xmas break off, we are back in action against MoPo's old club Southampton today. We travel to St. Mary's on the back of two straight wins, hoping to grab another 3 points since we are coming into a tough period with 4 matches in 12 days. Southampton are coming into a bit of form, so we can't take this one lightly.
Then its an early one on new years day as we take on Watford at 7.30am on New Years day. We will take on several old boys such as Gomes and Capoue for another away match. Lets hope we can start the new year off in style with a win.
The rematch with Chelsea follows 3 days later on the 4th. They are top of the league and are currently setting a club record winning streak, so will be a tough proposition. Lets hope we can channel the 5-3 victory from new years day 2015, where we took them apart and lets stop their winning run. That will be a 2pm kick off at either Trinity or Irishman, so make it down to wherever you can to watch a key match. Well worth taking an extended lunch break for!
The last match of this upcoming busy period will be Aston Villa in the 3rd round of the FA cup. Its a 10am kick off on Sunday the 8th Jan and we will take on Steve Bruce's side who are currently languishing in 10th in the championship, but are starting to get results under their new manager. It will be a good match and is one of our realistic chances of silverware this season.
